The 8-week program features weekly online training delivered by Jacki Hart.  Each 90-minute online training session features tools and resources designed specifically for Ontario’s landscape and horticulture firms

Employers of Choice

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Up to two (2) eligible participants may apply from each company.

  • Participation is limited to the company owner and management who oversee the company’s hiring decisions.

  • Participants must commit to implementing changes to their company’s workforce practices.

Program Details:

  • Eight (8) Zoom Training Sessions (90mins)

  • Weekly Learning Support Tasks (<1 hr/week)
